How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include CDs and videos.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
The Dorothy Molter Museum uses the US Postal Service for all its shipping, except for root beer bottles, which are shipped via FedEx to the contingent 48 states only. USPS shipping to US and Canada only. Express shipping is not available from our location. We try to fulfill all our orders within a few days of receiving them, if not the same day. There is no outgoing mail or FedEx from our location on the weekend.
If you live in the northeast Minnesota area, we recommend that you visit the museum instead of ordering online to save the shipping charges.
